Yesterday, drove by the Natick store and look at the cars parked there. Very impressive that parking lot is 80+% filled. Even though these are not wage earners at the time of the day, it is an indication of the business this year. It is not the times or tough times. It is the advertizing and people's pent up demand of spending in the spirit of X'mas. It is also stealing other people's customers(door busters). Good luck, Joe. Strike when the iron is hot, but don't give away the store. Slow movers had to be ticketed up. Impulse buyers should get small items at the checkout lane. Rearrange each week to have a fresh look.
