Sudan: EIA Country Analysis, Oil & Energy, November 2000 eia.doe.gov "Petronas was awarded a 40% share in Block 5B, where exploration is set to begin in the end of 2000". [my note: unofficially, Lundin Oil has a 25% share] "Sudan's real GDP growth rate is forcast at 6.5% in 2000. Inflation is predicted to reach the 9% year-end target".
