So what. The most common given name in the USA is Jose. Jose's with money will typically be republicans. Jose's without money will typically be democrats. Jose's will be voting in 4 to 12 years, unlike some minorities hispanic americans vote. Most will be democrats and most will be mad to find out that voting has been apparently riged against democrats (at least if you take Florida as an example). Most will be angry that the uncounted votes were almost all minority votes. Doesn't matter how you make districts.
