IDSL is based on an ISDN connection and is not as fast as DSL. DSL was not available in my neighborhood. The ISDN service is more expensive for the provider and COVD doesn't want to provide it anymore. So I have no way to get DSL and I don't qualify for eTrade's program as a result.

What I did was to subscribe to a wireless service offered by sprint (uses CAMP equipment BTW) that is faster than DSL and basically like cable.
