Regarding the Seminole case, here's a potential scenario:

Wouldn't it be ironic if

1.The judge in the case agrees to throw out all the ballots because of the technicality. Point for Gore.

2. The Florida Supreme Court, liberals all, decide, once again, that the "will of the voter" is supreme and overrule the lower court judge. Point for Bush.

3. Meanwhile the US Supreme Court rules that changing the laws, for whatever reason, post-election is unconstitutional and thus overrules the FSC!!! Point for Gore! Bush loses 5000 votes and the presidency.

Game, set, match. Hello President Gore.
