AXT, Inc. Receives Common Shares of Finisar Corporation prnewswire.com AXT has received approximately 1.2 million shares of Finisar for their interest in Demeter, "a company in which AXT held a warrant in exchange for partial payment of certain leases and transferred technology." They intend to hold the stock as available for sale.
