Dear Qcharts, WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?????? After waiting patiently for over a month for your service to fulfill its promise of "all will be well" when you moved the servers, I'm realizing you guys are full of it. Today, Sunnyvale servers are all having problems - and it's not just me, but an entire realtime trading room having problems. Is it that Lycos is too cheap to upgrade your system to handle all your new users?? Quotes have been WRONG and off for DAYS, Qcharts lock up frequently and basically we can't trust a SINGLE QUOTE. So what good is it!!!! Th usable servers change from day to day, minute to minute it's a hassle at the open EVERY DAY just to find a server that works. Your service is PATHETIC, please do something. Susan
