Well, actually, you can't win without 271 no matter how many states are thrown out. In the case above, the election simply gets tossed into the House for a state-by-state vote.

I see our liberals are immersing themselves in all the media's cool little details because it's easier to engage in denial that way. The drama before us is to determine whether the Dems, having weakened the rule of law with an impeachment fix, can now steal a presidential election by fighting it the same way their lawyers would fight the Microsoft anti-trust case: Obscuring the fact that there should be no case at all. The FLA legislature will attempt to prevent the Democratic heist IF they determine that they can do it. If any of their courts attempt to actually determine a national presidential race, the legislature will quash that outrageous arrogance and, at the very least, ensure that the race goes to the House.

As for the liberals on this thread, some, if they are to be believed, seem to have defined themselves during the Era of Vietnam. All the rest of their lives has been meaningless noise...
