Hi Zeev - in addition to what you ve said, one has to understand the relative small size of the chad, the small size of the punch card and the large amount of selections, all these together will require a lot of dexterity to perpetrate any fraud. I mean, assume someone is hell bent on committing fraud for a specific candidate, one has to know the precise location of the chad without any mechanical aid. One false poke :) will result in aiding the enemy!

From what I ve seen on teevee, unlike the youthful exuberance of the spontaneous protesters :), the people who have the thankless task of examining the ballots were mostly middle age individuals in need of visual aid like bifocals. To accuse them of being professional tamperers is the moral equivalence of thinking a regular 70 yrs old grandie could beat the WWF wrestlers with one hand behind his back <VBG>! I like Judge Sauls's wisecrack of needing better glasses when Mr Boies has requested the court to examine the ballots in question

best,Bosco
