(NASDAQ: BLUE) that the companies will work together to provide an e-business solution combining software for interacting with customers and managing high-volume order fulfillment. The solution manages the essential e-business processes involved in revenue generation and customer satisfaction to create an integrated sales, service and delivery system based on the Blue Martini Customer Interaction System and Industri-Matematik's VIVALDI(TM) order fulfillment software.
