What actions should I take? I had experienced one of the biggest misconduct to me by a broker yesterday. An order I cancelled on last Friday Nov 24, got filled yesterday Nov 28. This caused me over $7000 loss. I contacted the broker but got no direct answer and rude replies from a rep. I have submitted a complaint to NASD. This is the largest misconduct among several errors and I cannot stand this any more. I would like to know what are other effective methods to get such errors corrected. I deeply appreciate advice.
