PSGVF is very close to doing a deal in Nevada and we may see a press release sometime during the next 4-8 weeks. If so, PSGVF will have a reverse split of 1-for-3, 4, or 5 along with a refinancing. The details won't be finalized until a deal is actually done. I met with Bob Hunter and Scott Cousins today at the Gold Show in New York City, and they confirmed a situation is close at hand.
