IBM...Chief Privacy Officer?

David,

IBM just announced a new top level officer....Chief Privacy Officer.....Interviewing the gal on CNBC right now. Her job is to set privacy policies....and convince the public that it's safe to buy stuff on-line....Hmmmmmm.

BTW....I cut back this morning...I think we will see a better price on just about everything. IDX does not seem to have the big news right now.

As Gore digs in......We now have two cases.....both of them are a joke. One (Seminole County) is being decided by a black woman judge who was passed over for promotion by Jeb Bush.....She refused to consolidate the case. Yikes!....nothing political here!

Did Orlando County (Democratic) even require the voter identification numbers? Hmmmm.

The other big case is the Leon County "circus"......The judge there is a bankruptcy judge....every other word out of his mouth is "ah"......his last case was a slip-and-fall case ....but now he gets to decide who the leader of the free-world will be?.....He seems to agree with whichever lawyer speaks last....Double Yikes!

Jeeesh......No wonder the Florida Legislature wants to step in. I hope they do......It may remind folks that our government is a republic......not a democracy....More people may begin reciting the pledge!

It sure would bring Jesse back....<ggg>

Did you see the cartoon where they had one of the candidates standing in front of 367 American flags? It was funny.

bg

ps. Interesting question.......If a judge uses "ah" or "err" 15 or 20 times in a spoken paragraph......does the stenographer record all of the "ahs"....or do they ignore them?

I, err, would, ah, be interested, umm, to, ah, know the, err, answer to this, ah, question.
