Hi Skeeter. Long time no see. Have you noticed that since the new disclosure rules have come into effect, the analysts have adopted a new pattern of downgrading and saying negative things--a few days before the now-public quarterly update conferences by the companies?

That's because this is the only way the analysts have power like they used to, when they had info ahead of time. Instead, they have the power of negativity based on speculative statements.

It's always true that this or that company could do poorly (or not). Now analysts capitalize on just saying the negative.
