Hi Chris. When I saw Jon last week he felt the money would be coming
thru before the final day. As far as I can determine the money was
raised so should be no problem. It would be beyond belief to have the
deal go sour after they put up so much money. When you look at the
CM Oliver report you will see how critical the ore from ORI and AKA
is for BYG to receive the cash flow predicted in the report. I don't
know how critical it is in these agreements if all the agreement isn't
met exactly and on time. I would think the time and amount would be
no contest. If it did not happen exactly as agreed there could be
possible problems if some one was waiting in the wings just hoping
such an event would occur so they could get in and make a deal of
there own. Just like when there is an acceptance time on a real
estate sale. My last home went down to the wire and I had real
estate people sitting in my driveway with offers all drawn up.

You will aslo see in the CM Oliver report that it says there is no
immediate intention to exercise the $10.00 deal and get 50% OF ori.
I am told they have 90 days after the 5th to do that. Stands to
reason to wait if they can as it means they do not have tp start to
pick up the 50% cost sharing with ORI right now with so many other
things to do with there money. Should know soon.
