Interesting... But Gore is asking for partial counts of no-votes where the percentage of no-votes is less than in many other places. Counting marks or dimples found on no-vote cards, particularly when the numbers of no votes matches exit polling, seems a little bit of a stretch. Most of the 10000 probably will have no dimple to consider...and those considered would be highly suspect under these circumstances, particularly if not counting across the state, as Gore requests.
