Arrest, indictment and trial is the best course of action. Alternatively, the Florida legislature can promptly impeach the corrupt justices and remove them from office. Anything less will convey Republican acquiescence in the misuse of judicial office to steal an election. In Florida, a state where Republicans have overwhelming legislative and executive power, the state Supreme Court has clearly overstepped its authority in an effort to help Democrats revote ballots to Gore's benefit.
