PCB's are a complex chemical that is real bad news for anything alive. Like you and me and everything else that even has remote aspirations of moving. Maybe rocks are safe. -g-

I forget the chemical name but you should be able to find it with a web search, easy. It was/is used alot in electrical transformers as the bath liquid and is used in a bunch of other electrical stuff. So there is no surprise at the connection to GE.
