Any of the Front End leaders.

PRIA will be about a Q ahead of the bunch as its Automation equipment goes in before the Equipment is delivered to the fabs; and the opportunity in a 300mm fab is about 3 to 5 times larger than in a 200mm fab. In addition, all 300mm fabs will require automation which wasn't the case for 200mm.

MTSN has already qualified its 300mm tools with the world's leading 300mm consortiums and already has 300mm tools in production. Most other front end vendors are still attempting to get their 300mm tools qualified.

But essentially, I don't expect the transition to 300mm to displace leaders such as AMAT, NVLS and KLAC from their lofty positions.

Ian.
