Paul, re your questions-- 1) A commentary by Don Wolanchuk is available for $2.75/min at 900-288-6663, select menu option 2. You will probably have to hear a minute or two of Canadian stock updates before he gets to Valence.

2)Apparently about 50% of line 2 equipment remains to be shipped from the shop where it was modified and recently being tested. I understand that further testing will be required after assembly at the plant.

3)I stayed fully invested during the recent pullback and accumulated on the way down. I spoke with a fund manager who took profits at 10. With hindsight we know it was a good move. However, If an announcement followed or another instution became involved, it may have gone a few points higher. It's not an exact science! We should consider ourselves fortunate to own as much as we do at $5-$7/sh.
