Do I have to sky write this? I will support any recount anywhere , no matter who asks for it.

OK, I'll join you. I will support any recount as long as it meets the following criteria:

1. It is statewide.

2. It is every ballot and not just undervotes.

3. It includes an analysis of "double-punched" ballots to unmask evidence of fraud.

4. It does not include "dimpled ballots" unless both parties agree to it. (Too much discretion)

5. A prior definition of what kind of chad will be accepted.

6. An agreement that if this kind of chad is detected IN ADDITION to another punched choice it will invalidate that vote.

7. A group of 4 people (2 from each side) will analyze each ballot. Only those that receive a 3-1 or 4-0 agreement will be accepted.

8. The recount includes a review of all overseas ballots on a case by case basis in which every discarded ballot caster is contacted and under oath describes the situation in which they voted.

9. Both parties agree not to contest the results of this count or recount ballots voted down.
