The 3rd day of that pattern was much longer than the previous 2 days, so it could be argued that it wasnt a 3-BLACK CROWs, and along in that line of though, that 3rd day may have been an exhaustion day. Just playing devils advocate.

The rally that followed was unable to break above the beginning of that possible 3-BLACK CROWs; therefore if it was a 3-BLACK CROW, then it was not negated. Im more inclined to say it was an IMPERFECT 3-BLACK CROWs, and is still intacted.
