Ian do you attach any significance to the quarterly report from CMOS (back-end co.) that their BTB was greater than l. TER also a back end company reported good earnings last quarter, guided lower for this quarter and a BTB of less than 1.

Secondly, what is your opinion of CMOS as an investment for the near and long term?
