It looks to me like it's over at this point in time. Eventually, through Freedom of Information Act access, the Dems will prove that by their standards, that they won Florida by 10,000 or so votes. By that time, Gov. Bush will have been sworn in and it will be moot point. C'est la guerre. The purpose for the Dems to do so will not be so much for sour grapes purposes, but rather as ammunition in the 2002 Congressional race, which most likely will eliminate the Republican majority in the House and tip the Senate to the Dems. The American public, being no fools, don't want either side to have control of both the legislative and executive branches. This ambivalence has had some interesting consequences in Florida, wouldn't you agree?
