I strongly disagree. Think about it. You have say 10,000 dollars. You cut your first loss at 7% and you have 9,300. Now second stock is a 10% winner. 10,200. Now let's say that these were just in two week little runs. Now most of these stocks moved 20%+ on their runs in less than two weeks. Now why wait for the loser to come back, if it comes back for that matter, when you can go out and make it back very very fast.
