Individuals, institutions - doesn't make a difference. The fundamentals do. That chart is nice and pretty, but SNDK earnings were roughly flat for years up to half way across that chart. Earnings are now in hypergrowth (150%+ YOY), and it's unrealistic, based on the fundamentals, to believe the stock deserves/should maintain a 15 P/E for very long, given current trends and prospects.
