I live in MD and when you vote here, you receive a stub with the same number as your ballot. You also sign a card when you receive your ballot...those cards are kept separate from the ballots, to maintain secrecy, unless they should ever be needed to verify and validate your vote.

On second thought, with everything else that went wrong in FL, they probably have no way of determinining/validating who voted what ballot.
