Since NTAP is now about 60%-65% off its high, does that mean that (a) some of these people had NTAP at 20%-30% of their portfolios only a few short weeks ago, or (b) have they been averaging down (like me).

Without making a long winded response of everything I've considered doing, or might do. I am a long term buy and holder. I am not a trader. I do not average down, up, or anyway. I believe in the companies I've invested in. I have never invested more than 12% of my portfolio in one company at any time. Yes....my NTAP was over 40% of my portfolio a few weeks back. My portfolio allocations are more a result of short term performance than anything.
