No, I KNOW why. And Mr. Gore, the man who lost the counts, has consistently asked the system to only count his territory, don't YOU wonder why?

I've said it before, ONLY GORE has asked an unfairness in counting from the system. ONLY Gore persists in asking an unfairness from the system.

Bush has been pointing out that "extra" counting ALL counties is the only relatively fair way(you seem to agree)to count if hand-counts are to be deemed appropriate, ALL ALONG, AND EVER SINCE HE FILED HIS FEDERAL CASE! There is nothing to argue concerning this, facts are facts. Bush has consistently backed STATEWIDE FAIR counting, not GORE, who requests the opposite again and again.
