I've started buying WCOM in the 15 3/4 range. As well, your "Bu$$" for a bounce @40 3/4. Although TA is a strong tool, under these conditions, I am playing more of the "dead cat bounce" point of view. The markets consistent bounce below it's 30 day ma has me convinced we won't see a significant run until we close above that.
