If the checker at the grocery store scans a product and the computer fails to read the bar code has that product been purchased? What if she scans it again and it still isn't read. Would it be accurate to say that using your theory of counting I get the product for free since it has been scanned twice? What do you think the grocery store would say to you if you tried to walk out without paying for the product? That's right, they would arrest you for theft. Now, what is Bush trying to do in Florida?
