Greg, I am truly sorry to have

interupted your and CB and others ponderous pontifications on the definition of the word "appointed". And I am deeply saddened to hear that said definition has yet to be resolved. With the world waiting with baited breath for your final resolution of the definition of the word "appointed", I think the best thing to do is rent you guys a room (at taxpayer expense, of course), so that your deliberations can proceed unhindered by the general distractions of normal life. And, seeing that this is such a monumental undertaking (as no one previous to you has had the cojones to take on this Herculian task), you will need interns to do the meanial work, so that you can concentrate all your faculties on the major definition. In which case a "room" would not facilitate such a function, so I will suggest we buy you a whole building. A grand ediface, worthy of the project at hand, all of marble, with giant columns in front and a sign, on which is chiseled, "FLA SC". Within, each of you will have your own toilet facilities, each one the approximate size of a four bedroom home. And when the taxpayer has put out the proper billions for you, I have confidence that you will be able to define the word "appointed".

In total respect for your mendacious position in life, Moose
