I was there the day the NPNT buyout was announced and watched it peak at 18, and then sink. If I was an NPNT owner on that news, there is no way in heck that I would have held it. I didn't not hold CFMT when the buy was announced and sold it that same morning, and I would do the same for any other buyout that may be in my portfolio, and move on. Unlike NPNT, the story has yet to play out on COVD, and to add insult to injury, the tech market is experiencing bearishness not seen in a decade. Those NPNT sellers, IMO, did it to themselves, it it is a different scenario than most of the longs here. Most of us came in when COVD was falling apart, thus we are the new money COVD investors, specualting that the story is yet to be told. At this price, the upside FAR outways the down.
