Taz, Welcome and with a fabulous contribution!! I don't think I have ever had Argentinean food. They sound fabulous, and I will give them a try. I just may try the marinade with chicken first, since we are not big beef eaters, but I will try it with beef next time we do. This may sound like a ridiculous question for an obvious answer, but are you from Argentina? I have friends I used to work with that were from there and they are great people.
