Well, obviously those two failures left indelible impressions on his psyche, and now he's making us live through his own psychological rehab, by showing he can file and win the biggest court battle of all. Did you listen to today's court hearing? Boies is a snake. Monday, the Judge issued a scheduling order which set Saturday as the beginning of the contest hearing, during which he will decide whether ballot re-counting is appropriate or not. Today, Boies apparently tried to get the Judge prematurely to sign a proposed order saying the Judge had denied the re-counting (which he hasn't), just so Boies could immediately appeal it to the Florida Supremes as a final order. The Bush team, which hadn't seen Boies's proposed order before the hearing, saw what Boies was trying to do and pointed it out to the judge, who politely told Boies to stick it up his ... Actually, the Judge chuckled, and said he'd stick with his previous order and will hear the matter on Saturday. <g> TIME FOR GORE TO REIGN IN HIS LAWYERS, WHO ARE OBVIOUSLY CALLING THE SHOTS. |
