TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — The presidential election may be the top case before the Florida Supreme Court now — but it could be pre-empted. Florida has two executions scheduled for next week. "All death cases, of course, require special attention," Craig Waters, spokesman for the justices, said Tuesday. "Normally those go to the top of the list." ...............easy solution would be to send the convicts to Texas where they would get a speedy execution.
