Lawdog - If I understand the situation correctly, that it, that the envelopes are normally preprinted with the information that was missing in this case, I'm not sure what the beef is. They didn't fill in votes for the voters. The missing information was not required of the voter (as I understand the issue). If there is a remedy, it would be punishment for those filling in the information. I wouldn't push for that in the case of either Repub of Democrat.
