Yes, you are correct in your definition of Tom Delay as a republican, but I am not. As for Tom not knowing what "appointed" means, he has an excuse. He breathed too much cockroach killer at his business down there in Texas before he went to congress.
Now please, without further delay, get busy on that definition of "appointed". The world needs it. Do you think you could have it for all nations to share by the end of the year? If so, then you could start the New Year out with a new word to define. How about another that has been giving liberals fits for years, and is used in the Constitution several times...."people". Maybe you could define one word a month. That wouldn't be too taxing on you, would it? And maybe when you have divinely defined all the words in the Constitution, you could turn your masterly talents to more modern words in need of definition, such as "is".
