I think that it is the "other" expense for $3.563M that is the restructuring charge. This is in excess of .50 per share. I am still bothered by the $11.92M SG&A. I suppose that I should reserve judgement until next quarter. I expect to see SG&A significantly less than Q1. They have got to cut spending.

It does not look like CGRM has begun buying shares back, as the number of outstanding shares has not changed this quarter. That leaves me wondering what pushed the price up from 9 to 11?
