The chad goes into the box. I gave you the simple answer on the box size, the box is actually taller in the back making a slope so short people, those under 3', a clearer view.

The chads go into the box. Takes a lot of chads to fill that box. Now if the box becomes full it's up to the judges to empty the box. My precinct has 25,000 voters and they all vote. President to dog catcher. Only two past times here, voting and drinking. I talked to my neighbor who is an election judge and NEVER has she seen a full chad box.
