12 month price target of $30.00. biz.yahoo.com Thursday May 22 10:40 AM EDT RESEARCH ALERT - Spectrian Corp raised NEW YORK, May 22 (Reuter) - UBS Securities said it upgraded Spectrian Corp to buy from hold. -- set a 12-month price target of $30 a share. -- said Spectriam should benefit if Northern Telecom Ltd wins a large share of the infrastructure contract from a German personal communication system provider. Spectrian makes linear power amplifiers for wireless communications equipment makers. -- Spectriam was off 1/4 to 20-5/8.
