Great information and you make it sound like a place I should put on my list of places to see. I have seen a few discovery shows about the gaucho's and their traditions. If I remember correctly there is an honor they partake in, they don their finest clothing and shine their saddles and go on a group pilgrimage through the countryside where they are met by adoring people and are treated like heros. The tooth fish is not a very attractive fish is it? But then neither is the Salmon and that is my favorite. Once again thank you for the valuable information. drea
