Why aren't any of the analysts talking about 3G buildouts?

Lots of folks are talking about 3G. The problem is that most of the conversation revolves around the difficulty in figuring out who, exactly, is going to pony up the funds to do the build-out that's been hyped. The amounts involved are obscene, telcos/SPs are already in debt up to their eyeballs, yields on corporate bonds are in double-digits...

3G is going to happen a lot slower than (some) people expect.
