Ahhhhhh......I see this to be true. I didnt check EDGAR...just saw the chart and found it to be attractive from a TA perspective...not to mention the fundamentals, earnings, dividends, etc. Something must be brewing...something stinky....and the insiders are attempting to protect themselves. But thenagain......insiders sell for a wide variety of reasons...but by the amount of 144's submitted, I'd say the insider herd mentality is in full effect. Nice bounce over the last week....and my "Pulsatronic Herbabolic Indicator's" went nuts. I'll keep an eye out on the 144's....thanx.
