TLC, why can't you see the logic of it? For instance take zonkie's argument earlier that if you wrote in a vote for your presidential choice al gore it didn't get counted by the machine. You see first, not only could you NOT READ the explicit instructions on the ballot and couldn't operate the stylus; YOU WERE QUITE CAPABLE OF WRITING IN your choice for president! It's taken me two weeks and I've just begun to see it. It's all a brilliant plan for Gore's side to secretly subvert the election to keep his legal team sharp in case they have another impeachment thing.
