There are lots of below-average people out there who oversee large sums of money,

Victor,

Apparently so. I have been amazed the last few years at how much money they gave them thus far. I underestimate the power of persuasion of Morgan Stanley.

Of course, the very bullish report by Mary meeker just a few days prior to the last debt equity offering helped. It is funny Mary had no clue that Morgan Stanley, who pays her, was trying to sell bonds in Europe for almost 3/4 billion dollars. I know that is a "small amount" but the offering was made public prior to it selling. I read about it and Mary Meeker did not. It is a very strange world.
