Well depending on how many symbols you plan on following, you could probably just set your bar length in Qcharts / ravenquote, download the data to a text file, and open the text file as a chart in Tradestation. I've not tried that myself with intraday data, only end of day. Not rocket science.

Dynaloader would be easer tho. I'm not sure it is sold by itself, last time I checked you needed Dynastore as well, whether real time intraday collection interests you or not.

If intraday data, at the end of day, is your primary interest then I think DBC may have an additional option for you. after the market closes there is a reduced fee option for DBC if memory serves me correctly. However with Tradestation I don't think you have any method for downloading that data... so again you are out of luck...
