Glenn I know they have CS problems but the brand name is one of the most recognized in the world, on or off the web. And look at AOL, they have never had any CS at all good or bad. They simply have none, and it's a deliberate part of their bus model.
I remember an ongoing debate a few yrs ago on an internet chat board, re how to terminate one's AOL account. Some in the debate argued there was no way to do it, and those who said there was a way could not seem to prove it. I still don't know if there is a way for an AOL subscriber to terminate their account (I personally have never been a AOL subscriber).
