Time for a little reality check:

There are no real VCs in LUMM, LUMM was a reverse merger into a shell, not a real startup-VC-to IPO story....instead its the story of a scamster and his shells, and some mad-scientist types who had a plastic fiber business they never got off the ground.

If by "VCs" you mean the wolves that particpated in the convert, well you are seeing the results of that transaction now.
