PCCW also had the right idea in buying HK Telecom, as the combined valuation is approaching HK Telecom pre-merger. Stealing is sometimes legal, especially from the British Cable & Wireless. At the end of any day, buying net positive free cashflow at a discount is a good idea. What is CSCO's net positive free cash flow again? Oops, they spend it on buying positive valuations instead.
